How Bubble Whisperer Services collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data for dive-trip and course enquiries and bookings.
Who we are
Bubble Whisperer Services, registration no. 202603081105 (CT0162432-M), is the data controller. Privacy enquiries: bubble.whisperer.dive@gmail.com.
Personal data we collect
Name; telephone/WhatsApp number; email; selected trip or course; certification and experience; travel, equipment and message details; and, if you book, payment and participation records.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, assess prerequisites, administer bookings and safety arrangements, keep required business records, handle disputes and comply with law. Marketing will only be sent where permitted, with an opt-out.
How data is handled and shared
This website does not keep a separate enquiry database. When you choose email or WhatsApp, that provider processes the message and it is retained in our business communications. Necessary data may be shared with dive centres, instructors, boat, accommodation or licensed travel operators, insurers, payment providers, advisers, authorities and technology providers. We do not sell personal data.
Overseas processing
Communication, hosting, cloud and trip-service providers may process data outside Malaysia. We take reasonable steps to use suitable providers and safeguards.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for response and follow-up. Booking and operational records may be kept longer for legal, tax, insurance, safety or dispute purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, object to direct marketing, or ask about deletion and retention. Contact bubble.whisperer.dive@gmail.com. Without required information, we may be unable to complete an enquiry or booking.
Sensitive information and minors
Do not submit medical details in the general enquiry box. If health screening is required, we will provide an appropriate process. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor where required.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
