Booking Terms

These terms explain Bubble Whisperer Services' role as group host and dive-trip coordinator. Trip packages are supplied under the identified third-party operator's quotation, confirmation and terms. Course bookings are addressed separately below.
Our role on dive trips
Bubble Whisperer acts solely as the group host and dive-trip coordinator. We do not operate or supply the travel, accommodation, transport, liveaboard or diving package. The identified third-party operator is the supplier and contracting party for those services.
Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry to Bubble Whisperer is not a confirmed booking. Trips normally require at least four participants. The third-party operator will issue the booking confirmation and disclose its price, payment, deposit, cancellation and refund terms before you book. Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements before that confirmation.
Prices, payments and operator terms
Participants should contract and make package payments directly with the identified operator. Its quotation or departure details will state the total price, payment stages and methods, inclusions, exclusions and unavoidable additional charges. Any deposit, including whether it is non-refundable, is governed by the operator's disclosed terms and applicable law.
Hosting or coordination fee
If Bubble Whisperer charges a separate hosting or coordination fee, it will be clearly identified and disclosed before confirmation. It is not payment for the travel or diving package, and its cancellation or refund terms will be stated separately.
Participant cancellation or operator cancellation
Cancellations, insufficient participant numbers, itinerary changes, credits and refunds for the package are handled under the identified operator's terms. Bubble Whisperer may assist with communication but does not decide or guarantee a supplier refund. Independently booked flights, hotels, insurance and other arrangements remain the participant's responsibility.
Weather, safety and changes
Diving depends on weather and conditions. Sites, schedules, transport, vessels, instructors and itineraries may change for safety, operational or environmental reasons. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. We will not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Courses
Dive-course bookings supplied directly by Bubble Whisperer or an identified instructor are governed by the course quotation and confirmation. Course prices cover the course package only; accommodation and transport are excluded unless expressly included.
Participant requirements
Provide accurate certification, experience, health and emergency information; overseas trips require Advanced Open Water unless stated otherwise; a personal dive computer is required overseas and strongly recommended locally; follow safety instructions; maintain suitable diving and travel insurance; and meet passport, visa, fitness and equipment requirements.
Fitness and conduct
A participant may be prevented from diving where an operator or dive professional reasonably considers health, certification, equipment, conduct, alcohol or drug use, or conditions unsafe. Refunds are not guaranteed where participant requirements were not met.
Liability and contact
Diving involves inherent risks. Required forms and waivers do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise problems promptly. Contact bubble.whisperer.dive@gmail.com. Malaysian law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
